Users getting error 404 to our app

Could you please tell us your jestor org, which user is, which tab he is trying to access and what are the user profile settings?

Also, did he try to refresh the page or access using a incognito page?

The user was trying to access our App home page, after asking to access a specific dashboard it worked. I will keep an eye on these occurrences as this is not the first time we receive report from users that there is a 404 error.
