Client's card/order calculations - error with the Malaysian currency

Team, Dennis is our client - he is experiencing some trouble with order processing when using the Malaysian currency - specifically, there are issues with cart calculations - screenshots attached.

Team - please share what extra information is needed to solve this issue. I am inviting Dennis over here as well.

Could you request some screenshots showing the component configurations for the team to analyze it better?

Another point, It seems that some components are not behaving well on smaller screens (mobile) so our team is already looking into it to solve!

please note

i changed currency back to $ and error still remained

its in the back end calcs somewhere because the products are being logged in the orders table but not the qtys or the values (see screenshots attached)
