Can't Add a Row

I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong here but when I try to add an additional row it just gives me a 500 and an internal error. I recorded a video to describe what’s going on.

This could be because my account says it’s out of actions but the error doesn’t say anything about being out of actions just says internal error.

@renato.menegasso this is happening because he exceeded his monthly actions? I’ve already add it to the product backlog!
