Hi, Guys! It’s possible an user, from outside the company, create your own account and be automatically linked with a specific user permition? Would be without creating a page for that.

No, when someone creates an “user” in the site he automatically creates a new account not linked to yours!
So, In order for him to be linked with your account, you have to add him by clicking on the “Add member” button
